Commercial real estate transactions generally involve issues such as title insurance, the environmental condition of the property, zoning / land use, lender issues, and ownership via a corporation, partnership, limited partnership or limited liability company.

Jack Hubbert has successfully represented purchasers and sellers of apartment complexes, shopping centers, warehouses and office buildings. Jack has drafted and negotiated countless office, retail, and warehouse leases for landlords and tenants. He regularly represents borrowers in drafting and negotiating complex loan documents in all size transactions. Jack is experienced in all areas of the development of single-family homes and condominiums. He can assist the builder in preparing and negotiating the land contract and the ultimate sales contract, in accordance with state and local regulations, and in resolving difficult issues along the way. Jack can also help assemble the development team, from finance to title and surveying so that the project is a success.
